Online Returns Policy

Our policy is valid up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

International returns - Our return policy is valid up to 15 days after confirmed delivery. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Details (Please read carefully): 

  • Items may be opened, but placed back into the original packing if being returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags or paraphernalia attached. 
  • All clothing must be free of stains (including deodorant), smells, and any type of alterations. Please note that clothing that has been washed or stretched will not be deemed as an acceptable return or exchange.
  • Accessories of all kind are non refundable. 
  • Accessories MAY BE exchanged if there was an error on our end. 
  • All packages being returned or exchanged must include an order packing slip for each applicable order. 
  • Returns are processed within 48 hours of being returned to us. 
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please note that weekends are included in this count. 
  • At this time does not offer any drop-off return locations. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and the incorrect size 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that our employees are trained to make the refund/exchange process as easy and pleasing as possible, therefore, if your return is denied, it was processed thoroughly and fairly. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Here at Pray to Play we strive to make each customer experience seamless, therefore if your refund is accepted and processed, our team will gladly administer a refund statement/receipt.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, customers who received the incorrect item size, color or additional variant may receive an exchange at no return shipping charge. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
It is our policy to only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

 To begin the exchange process, simply log in to your customer account, locate your order number, and complete the form on our contact page. 


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to return a product: 


  1. Complete the return form included in your order and place in packaging. 
  2. We ask that you thoroughly inspect the product(s) you wish to return. Fold it/them and neatly place them in the package provided during your initial shipment. Please refer to the top of this page for expected return product conditions. 
  3. Visit your local post office and send your package to 


Should you choose to return, Church Shirts does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please follow the steps above regarding product condition, "return" packaging and the required form. 

To return by mail - Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue your full or partial refund via your initial payment method.
