All PraytoPlay T-Shirts are unisex sizing's with the exception of products specifically labeled as tall or oversized. 

A bulk order can be placed by adding 20+ of the same product to your cart. Immediately after adding 20+ items to your cart, you will recieve an automatic  discount of up to 15%. 

At this time PraytoPlay does not offer any custom items. 

Thank you for your continued interest in our products. We would be delighted to assist you with buying the product you desire by sending you an invoice via email. 

Plus Size/ Big and Tall sizes are always available on our site. At this time we carry sizes S-4X. We look to add 5X in the near future. 

No. All sale items are final. 

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin the processing process on Monday morning beginning at 9am. However, you will receive an order confirmation and begin to receive notifications from our system immediately. Please note that we process orders in the queue as they come in to ensure fairness. 

At this time we do not offer an expedited shipping option. We encourage customers to order according to their desired arrival time. 

At this time our warehouse is strictly for production and we do not offer any pick-up locations. 

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please alert our team immediately at orders@church-shirts.com with your order number, first and last name and correct shipping address. To be sure that your address is updated swiftly, we ask that you include all of the requested information when emailing our team. If your address is incorrect and not updated within at least 2 hours, our system will refund your payment and you will be asked to place an order with us again.

Pre-shipment is the process of printing a shipping label and updating the order in our system as prepared to ship. Essentially, this means that your order has been assigned packaging, all proper paperwork and promotional items and is now ready for the ordered items to complete your order. During this time you will recieve a store generated email that alerts you that we are ready to ship your order. Typically this process can last anywhere from 1-5 days. 

The great news is, our system will still process your order in a timely fashion. The bad news is, you will not be updated until you email our orders team at orders@church-shirts.com with your full name and the details of your order. Reaching out to our team and providing us with your order details allows us to find your order and update your email address immediately. 

We encourage all customer to check their spam or junk folder, as our downloads are sent there often. 

To print any digital download we suggest that you always check the size of the document and fit it to a page. We also suggest keeping the document a pdf and not covnerting it to another document type. 

Final Sale products do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

At no time should you give anyone/company on any channel your personal information, payment or access to your accounts less you are making a valid purchase on a safe, secured and verified website. 

We offer gift wrapping during the months of November and December. 

Yes! We are happy to provide a gift message if the order is specified as a gift. Please note that the message will appear on the packaging of the product. 

Yes! We offer custom greeting cards for an extra $3.00 per order/card. These cards are offered for birthdays and Christmas. This service will begin November of 2020. 

Items that arrive broken, chipped or is currently malfunctioning must be reported to our customer service team immediately (within 24 hours). Our team will require a photo/video of the product, your order number and a brief yet detailed explanation of what was wrong with the product. In the event that this occurs, you have the choice to receive a refund, exchange or replacement. 

Unfortunately our software does not allow us to adjust prices on finalized purchases. Once your order is confirmed it is not possible for you or us to change it. However, if there is a flash sale and you made a purchase on the same day before the sale was announced, you will be issued a discount code as a token of appreciation for your support. 

If it has come to your attention that the product you received is defective, please refer to our policy here and follow the instructions to correct this issue. 

At this time church-shirts.com collects official payments through our shopify stripe portal, paypal and apple pay. Unfortunately Cash app and Zelle are not protected forms of payment therefore we do not accept either of those gateways.
